What Are You Holding Space For?

Happy 2021!

The first day of a new year can allow for time to reflect on what we can let go of in service of our wellbeing. When we care for ourselves, we are better for family, friends, colleagues, members of our community.

Today could also be a day in which we consider what we will actively draw into our lives in this coming year.

This year I am letting go of diets and numbers on a scale and guilt and frustration with my "sick" body. I am shifting to listening to my needs and focusing on care for my healing body. Commitment to this shift will filter out thoughts that are not helpful. Instead, self compassion and love will affect my daily living and interactions.

When I think of other things I would like to attract this year my thoughts move to balance, health, peace, and joy. I have so many ideas about how to draw these things closer to me.
